SQ Flex control error code question [RE-wrenches]

Mick,

F3 is a "No Contact" error code. This means that the CU200 modem does 
not have communication with
the pump modem. There was a batch of faulty CU200s produced about 16-24 
months ago and this controller
may be from that batch.

We find that the pump may still run but it will not adjust it's rpm to 
changing sun conditions.
This usually results in very low gpm rates.

Check those annoying power and pump terminal blocks....those are made to 
be removable and if the wiring
is a bit tight, they tend to pull out enough to cause intermittent 
operation and F3 errors.

Have fun.....we will...we're traveling 4 hours to trouble shoot an F3 
error on a remote pump system tomorrow.
