Load consumption resource query [RE-wrenches]

Wrenches,
What online or readily-available resources can you suggest as good
resources of typical power consumption data? I am looking for typical
figures for calculating an off-grid load analysis when using a
Kill-a-Watt or Brand meter to actually measure load isn't possible. 

I am especially looking for data on non-residential loads, such as the
typical loads for appliances in a commercial kitchen. I fully intend to
promote efficiency, of course, but I need a base from which to start,
and many loads used in a high-end guest lodge don't match those in a
typical off-grid home.
