Hidden Low profile conduit through roof - flashing? [RE-wrenches]

I have used a flat piece of flashing, knocked out the appropriately
sized conduit hole, installed a Myers hub, install an LB or SLB with a
close nipple, and installed it like a roof jack.

For even closer fit to the roof, use conduit all thread thru the sheet
metal with a sealing locknut on both sides. Caulk for extra protection.

If you're still worried about water leaking, cut a strip of sheet metal,
bend it into a V shape, and caulk it onto the flat sheet metal to make a
dam that directs water flow around the penetration point.

There are quite a few ways to skin this cat.
