Hidden Low profile conduit through roof - flashing? [RE-wrenches]

Now that I am done being petulant, and can go forward and say that I 
have used the Soladeck with good results:

Look for the new solar product.

I build two type of comp shingle roof mount systems.

One involves building up a pipe rack to carry the module rails.  I build 
 it with about 9 inches clearance above the deck for good access and 
cooling. I call it the beast.  With this I can easily stub up the 
conduit, install a standard metal cone flashing, and cut under the 
modules with an SLB.

I have also been installing the Sharp SRS system which is low profile.  
However there is enough clearance under the modules to fit the Soladeck.
