Received an email stating that the Executive Director of CALSEIA stated
that the federal Energy Bill may go through WITHOUT solar incentives.
Any truth to that fact? Is it time to put out alerts to all interested
parties or have we cried wolf too many time now?

Jim, Hold your fire, but when the signal is given, there is a planned large
scale (national) phone campaign in the works. Could be tomorrow. But your
understanding is correct about the bill.
