Module warranty [RE-wrenches]

I too recently had a very similar experience w/Kyocera - a few modules bad out of 243, 5y/o array, they want to replace the entire array and pay 100% of labor!
This is the kind of support and CS we would all love to see throughout our industry and has certainly made me a fan of Kyocera, although failing modules is quite the hassle, on the other hand I have a new array of Kyocera 190's in hot Mexico that I've watched hit 89% of stc in real output under an Iso of 890 W/m2, mighty impressive in my book!
Ok all of you manufacturers out there, this is your benchmark in CS, raise your sights!
