warranty issues [RE-wrenches]

William,
In New Mexico we haven't been forced to adopt a state's warranty, so we have
our own. We post it on our website, so it's out in the open. It has not been
reviewed by an attorney:
"Our installation work is generally guaranteed for two years, including
materials, labor and travel. On jobs that are farther than one hour's travel
from our shop in Santa Fe, we exclude travel and shipping costs from our
warranty provisions. We will cover labor, but not travel or shipping, on any
warranted product failures during this period as well.

This warranty policy applies only to systems and equipment both sold and
installed by us. It does not cover lightning, fire, or any other damage
beyond our control. It excludes any existing equipment, wiring, or
circumstances related to prior work done by others, and consequential damage
to equipment that may occur in the course any work performed."

It has worked well so far.
