Excellent thread!  Prophet looks good, we will be checking it out.  Sugar
CRM is an open source option (that may be high maint/low support).  Another
VERY interesting tool we ware looking at is a CRM integrated into a proposal
generation/economic analysis package (a-la on-grid).  It is from the folks
that did the "findsolar.com" website... it is called solarprotools.com and
the bad news is that it is not due out till summer (?) and then there will
be bugs etc etc....
