HUP batteries [RE-wrenches]

Drake,

When I have used the HUP batteries, I've put them in a room designed for 
that purpose (door lock, door label, adequate working clearance, vented, 
vapor jar light ...) and had no heartache from the electrical 
inspector.  The other thing we did was build a floor dolly on a steel 
frame with heavy duty castors for each battery.  After rolling them in 
place, crib them up a little so they can't roll around in an earth 
quake.  Don't ground the metal cases.
