Wrenches,
Thanks for the interesting and varied replies, both on & off list. 
There are some great suggestions. This nut would be a lot easier to 
crack if located closer to larger population centres (universities, 
trade schools etc). I know partnership can work but in most cases it 
seems to be a long shot. I'm going to call the temp agencies and see 
what they have to say and also have a look at the courses at the local 
satellite college campus to see if there are any good possibilities.
