Code compliant signage [RE-wrenches]

Two methods:
Portable labelers work well, and so far appear to hold up. The "Brother"
brand units have lasted longer than Casio. Variety of colors and sizes of
label tape available. We carry a labeler kit on each service truck, as it's
a very useful tool in general.

Avery makes laser-printer-compatible label sheets that are weatherproof. I
don't have the product ID code with me now (I'm posting from home) but can
supply it if requested. 1/2 sheet is the biggest we have found, and Windows
will format to its dimensions. We print CAD files of grid-tie one-lines and
other complex drawings this way, and then stick them on inverters and
disconnects.

We originally tried a silver-foil laminated paper from "Paper Direct" that
does not last in outdoor applications.

Hope this helps,
Allan at Positive Energy
