Topica mail problems

I've noticed that my posts often take several hours to reach the list.  Today I looked in my logs and found this:

10:12:00.44 3 SMTP-09676(topica.com) failed to connect to inmta001.topica.com [66.227.60.150:25]. Error Code=no response
10:15:09.44 3 SMTP-09676(topica.com) failed to connect to inmta002.topica.com [66.227.60.151:25]. Error Code=no response
10:15:09.48 3 SMTP-09676(topica.com) failed to connect to bmx2.topica.com [208.96.6.230:25]. Error Code=connection refused
10:15:09.50 3 SMTP-09676(topica.com) failed to connect to bmx001.topica.com [66.227.60.20:25]. Error Code=connection refused
10:28:18.07 3 SMTP-09884(topica.com) failed to connect to inmta001.topica.com [66.227.60.150:25]. Error Code=no response
10:31:27.07 3 SMTP-09884(topica.com) failed to connect to inmta002.topica.com [66.227.60.151:25]. Error Code=no response
10:31:27.10 3 SMTP-09884(topica.com) failed to connect to bmx2.topica.com [208.96.6.230:25]. Error Code=connection refused
10:31:27.13 3 SMTP-09884(topica.com) failed to connect to bmx001.topica.com [66.227.60.20:25]. Error Code=connection refused
10:41:35.88 3 SMTP-10070(topica.com) [8144839] message body rejected, got:451 qq trouble creating files in queue (#4.3.0)


My server trying all the Topica MX's in order and then getting kicked.  AFAIK I'm not on any blacklists, and I just check the past week for Topica entries and found nothing else odd (like forged bounces, etc.)

Any thoughts?


BTW, new server is finally getting built this week.
