Would it not be more useful to replace the cover design? It seems the best
designs come from those who have learned from their mistakes. I know, I've
made a few.
Regarding that cover, I have an installion upgade utilizing an existing
cabinet that is 14"
deep. There is plenty of space above and below as well as good airflow into
and out of
the cabinet. As is, I would have 2.13 " clear from cover to inside of door.
The PSMP reduces that by .75"
Or would leaving the cover off be more beneficial to air flow?
What is a minimum clearance required in front of the cover? The manual
doesn't say
Is the covers' function for air flow, heat reradiation, sex appeal or combo
of these?
I may build a shelf and mount it on that.
I'd appreciate any advice on the clearance question.
Many thanks
Wally
