Lead Tracking Software [RE-wrenches]

Wrenches,
As grid-tie continues to grow, we are finding that the "memory method" of
tracking leads is becoming problematic. Getting older isn't helping either.

Who has worked with a lead tracking software that you really like? What
makes it good? Compatibility with MS Excel would be a big plus.

Suggestions of software to avoid would also be appreciated.
