For a one man sales team outlook contact manager is unbeatable for the
price (use the reminder feature it is your best friend).

If you have 4 or more sales people working hundreds of leads then it's
time to consider Oasis or SAP.

Oasis is cheaper than SAP and gives a lot of performance but takes
awhile to really learn.

SAP is a more mature program than Oasis but it costs quite a bit and
will take at least 3 months to implement and about $30,000.

Oasis and SAP both require sql server. So be prepared, software and hard
ware alone will cost at least $10,000. Training is extra. Each user is
extra as well.

Subject: Lead Tracking Software [RE-wrenches]

Wrenches,
As grid-tie continues to grow, we are finding that the "memory method"
of
tracking leads is becoming problematic. Getting older isn't helping
either.

Who has worked with a lead tracking software that you really like? What
makes it good? Compatibility with MS Excel would be a big plus.

Suggestions of software to avoid would also be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Allan at Positive Energy
