blank e-mails [RE-wrenches]

I get blank wrench list e-mails now and then as well. Michael said he 
believes this is due to occasional glitches in the Topica html to plain 
text converter... so if you all make sure to set your mail program to 
send plain text to the wrench list I believe this might resolve the issue.
