Automatic Battery Watering [RE-wrenches]

We too have had numerous problems with being sent the wrong length 
floats for the batteries. I would strongly second Tom's reccomendation 
of testing one float before installing the whole set. When the batteries 
overfill, it causes a lot of acid mess on the tops of the batteries; 
definitely NOT the way to start a customer out with a new, expensive set 
of batteries.
The system works well once you have the right floats, but the super slim 
profit margin along with the call backs trying to get the floats the 
right length have made this yet another non-profit solar product.
I don't know about you all, but I'm getting a little too old for those.
