code advocate [RE-wrenches]

It appears that we need a advocate in the PV industry not a code  

interpreter.

Someone who will look at the situation and look for creative ways to  

work with or push for change of the code instead of

grinding us down with it.

We

need this badly!!!  It has been needed for decades.  What it takes is a

source of funding.  It takes money for space, equipment, salaries,

plane tickets, hotel rooms, etc.  Does anyone have any ideas concerning

a source of a grant?
