Certainly. But I don't believe that's the case in ME where Daryl is  
having an issue. In that case, there is a state requirement to have a  
NABCEP Cert. sign off or actually do the job. I haven't got a  
straight answer as to which yet. Other states do similar stuff not  
necessarily tied to NABCEP certification.  We'd far rather they  
didn't do that. Takes the whole "voluntary" out of it.
Sorry I had to miss the San Jose thing. Heard it was a good one.
