WIlliam:
I am very surprised by this.
We do track failure rates of repaired equipment and typically they are
as good or better than new equipment.
If you can contact me with specifics I can look into it and figure out
what is going on.
Also, I just ran the sizing for the SB 2100 and 24 modules is fine.
Best Regards,
John Berdner

Friends:
I'm in agreement that the customer service is good, but I have had two
almost five year old Suynny boys at the factory for repair and both
failed
again in about two weeks. Has anyone else seen this pattern?
William Miller
BTW, SMA, if you are reading this, I never received a return call from
two
weeks ago. Can you verify my calculations that 24 Siemens SR100s will
work
with an SB2100?
