Recurring SMA failures [RE-wrenches]

Friends:

I'm in agreement that the customer service is good, but I have had two 
almost five year old Suynny boys at the factory for repair and both failed 
again in about two weeks.  Has anyone else seen this pattern?

BTW, SMA, if you are reading this, I never received a return call from two 
weeks ago.  Can you verify my calculations that 24 Siemens SR100s will work 
with an SB2100?
