The issue with these systems is the risk of condensation occurring in 
the piping and the subsequent risk of mold / mildew or even 
"Legionaires" type deseases.  

If the tubing is installed with a good slope (such as when a mountaintop 
is involved it would probably be fine - but in flat humid areas I think 
its too risky without some type of air-to-air heat exchanger.
