Our local electrical supply house sells a ground rod pounder (about $100),
which we use. It is similar to Windy's description of a fence pounder,
only thinner. It is not as easy as Dana's Milwaukee attachment or the
Hilti, but it works well in Maine and we have a lot of rocks.
