We just completed our annual hunt for GL insurance.  I received more no's
than I care to think about and finally received 3 quotes.  There was a
$25,000 spread between the lowest and the highest.  And, Matt was correct,
new construction is definitely a no-no.  Not that we do that much, but
periodically we will get called while the home is still in construction.

It would be a welcome day when we no longer get treated as lepers.
