Hey All, Happy New Year!

Caulk:  We have been using Sikaflex for quite some time.  It is available in
a variety of colors.

Callbacks:  Very rarely happens -- usually when the tech is going too fast
and forgets to seal pilot holes.  In addition to the icky sticky stuff, we
drive a wood dowel into the hole for a good mechanical seal.  Theory is that
the dowel will have similar expansion/contraction characteristics to those
of the deck.  On asphalt comp, we will lift a shingle flap before drilling
pilot holes to mastic down over the holes if we miss.

Lags:  Stainless

Flashing:  Yes, usually double or triple coursed EXCEPT on concrete tile,
where we use ProSolar's TileTrac.
