I'm glad some other manufacturers are reimbursing installers for time,
but I don't have time to jet out for a week of training 1000 miles away
to become an authorized dealer. Fronius is currently top dog in my book
on this issue. I still have a Xantrex authorized dealer application
collecting dust: too expensive, too much time, just not worth it, even
if they did reimburse us for warranty field time. Maybe other dealers
have good reasons to sign up?
I like Todd, have chosen my product line specifically for reliability.
More than 1 call back and its on the maybe list. More than 3 call backs
and its probably not getting sold anymore without some serious improvements.

>>Thanks for taking note of our new services. We've strived to design our policies to be very installer-friendly and make them easy to take advantage of. In doing so, there are no clubs or memberships required, and not a single form or piece of paperwork involved. All installers dealing with a warranty issue are eligible.
