Solar Slavery [RE-wrenches]

Thanks CSI.

I just got off the phone with my insurance broker.  The California Solar 
Initiative Handbook becomes effective 1/1/2007.  It requires any 
installer recieving a rebate to have GLI and Auto for $1,000,000.

It appears that I will have to pay $1,700 insurance for the privilage of 
 driving my '91 Toyota Previa to job sites.

Along with about the same for my GLI (which I already had) it looks like 
I am in for $3,500 for insurance alone.
