Perhaps I am wrong, but I believe I need at least 4000 hours or four years 
WORKING for a C-10 before I can even take the exam.  I do not believe my 
experience in PV will suffice.

The only other way I can get a C-10, would be to give a C-10 20% of my 
company, simply for their signature.

Am I wrong about this?
