Drake, I have wired them there and all seems well. As long as you are
getting accurate battery voltages at the point of connection and aren't
getting VD when large loads come on. I even did one install with only
one positive connection but there were times when the meter didn't
boot-up quite right when the (then) single fuse is inserted. The main
thing is to keep the shunt connections straight and clean.

Hi Kurt,
Thanks very much. I'm hoping that the on line docs will be enough.
The manual shows leads 4 & 5 connecting to the positive terminal in the
battery compartment. Is there any reason that those leads couldn't go to
the positive bar in the Outback box?
