Big difference between using a 100 A panel and being required to provide 100
A of service.
The size requirment is really not a problem -they are cheap. However 100 A of
pv power @ 120/240 is a big deal. I do think for an efficient household
designed for PV, that there is language supporting lessor supply capacity.
