Hi y'All,

    I haven't had the time to digest the information, but I put a link 
to on my website.
http://www.talbottsolar.com/  . Select the Green Tags link to view the 
Green-e information for power providers.
    They note that green tag certification is available for all 50 states.
There are links to documents for accrediting etc.
    I believe somewhere in those doc's is the answer to the green tags 
question.
