He Jeremy,

For heat exchanger, just use a standard Air conditioning "A" coil
and plumb it to the storage tank and mount it on the furnace just as you
would for an air conditioner, your local AC guy can fit this up for you.
Note: For the furnace coil method the heat quality will be similar
to a heat pump ie the air exiting the ducts will feel cool because of
the cooling effect on your skin. However it will be heating the house.
Call me at 530 867-2392 if your customer has a serious question about
this issue.
A better way to distribute the heat is with Myson 21G SX70XXX Radiators.
They are not expensive, are easy to install, and will work effectively
at the temperatures the solar system requires. The operating cost is
less because no furnace fan is running and you have no duct losses. Your
customer will be more comfortable and you will get nice referrals.
To control both heating system designs, an SPDT aquastat will go in
the tank, set to 140F or so. I would use a Taco brand 3 zone Switching
Relay SR-503 as a controller, it has a relay for each of the main
components, the pump, fan, and furnace. Aquastat high enables the pump
and fan. Aquastat low enables the furnace.

Good Luck with this project.
