Graham,

I hear that the Germans will pay $3.40 to $3.50 USD per watt all day long
for large modules and then foot the bill to ship the container.

I went to the PowerGen Renewables show in Vegas a couple of months ago.  The
largest booth (by far -- actually it was a pavillion) in the exhibit hall
was by the German Trade Ministry trolling for module providers.

I think I will get into the arms business for awhile -- I bet the Government
is strategically positioning itself there....
