Very good point Windy. Always specify three wire pumps - and I only
recommend a non-solid state type relay box for the starter as well.
This gives the option of trying larger capacitors and are also more
lightning resistant as well.  

Another common issue is that some well drillers seem to only use two
sizes of pumps - big an even bigger.  Often going with a smaller pump
will do the job but will just need to run a little longer to recharge
the storage or pressure tank.
