Caution! When dealing with conventional induction-motor pumps (not 
SQ), don't forget to differentiate between a 2-wire pump (no control 
box) and a 3-wire pump. The 2-wire does not have a separate start 
winding and is much more problematic to start. I think these cheapie 
pumps only exist in 1/3 and 1/2HP sizes.
