Voltage limiting w/ C40 [RE-wrenches]

Thanks for the clarification on decoupling. Since mine doesn't have a 
problem until it's over 30v I expect the pump is just fine, I just need 
less voltage to it. I approached Zane but they do not want any of their 
products used with pumps. I have an old C-40 in my possesion, hence the 
question if it would work. It may be overkill, but I need something 
soon, then can put together something else later.
