FX Experts,
I am working on a grid-tie/backup system with an Bergey XL.1 feeding the
system. I am trying to keep within a tight budget and am wondering if the
FX2024 is strong enough to run a 1/3 hp well pump with a 240 transformer. The
pump current draw is 14 A peak at 120VAC (7 amps @240VAC measured with peak hold
on my clamp meter) with 5 amp run. I am trying to avoid the 2nd FX 2024 if
possible. Any experience on this?
