Astropower Warranties [RE-wrenches]

GE only purchased some of the assets of Astropower (subject to winning 
in a final bidding process as required by bankruptcy law).  In doing so, 
they specifically avoided taking on the warranties which are a 
liability.  That's one big reason to purchase assets rather than the 
stock.  AP product warranties I suspect are likely to be worthless.
