The DYI has shrunk dramatically because most customers (1) do not want to
DYI, (2) do not feel the need for or want to pay more for Y2K type battery
backup systems, (3) and high voltage Sunny Boys capture more of the
residential market. Another important factor is that professionals are
getting more professional. People who buy $10k to $50k residential PV
systems are use to tradespeople who look and act sharp, drive up in
well-equiped truck, have good references. Commercial PV customers are even
more demanding. Keep up the great work, guys.
