NABCEP test disclosure [RE-wrenches]

Hi Bill,

This has been an example of my hesitation with the current form of NABCEP.

Tests show how well you know how to take a test, thats all. I would prefer
that instead of testing someones trig abilities, why not have some field
books that are NABCEP written, such as the Code Check sprial bound books?

Continuing with this example, the book would show how to calculate either
with tables, charts etc how to place your racks N to S given your lattitide
etc.  This to me is much more important, than a test example.
