I've seen that as well. If you push the button on the remote labeled "Reset
to Factory Defaults" it should clear it. Note that it will not reset to
factory defaults unless it is in Menu 3 where it says "Press reset now for
defaults". I've never seen noise issues like this cause erroneous led's
though.

John,
I have seen goofy remotes with the Sw series digital readout getting
scrambled when the customer put both the ac and remote wire in the same
conduit together, It is ok for a while then goes goofy till you unplug it.

Hi John,

Did they find something wrong with the remote at Tekris? Although I have
seen some scrambling on the display of the first run of the units (the
inverter, not remotes), I've never heard of problems with the LED's randomly
flashing. How much is the output wavering and under what conditions? I
wonder if the problem has always been with the inverter, not the remote.

I have a customer with a self installed PS2512. He has had numerous
problems
with his remote control panel, having sent it for repair twice to Tekris and

now he is having problems with the inverter as well. He said the LEDs on
the
bottom are randomly flashing, not consistent with the mode it is in and he
has
had the voltage output waver up and down. I haven't witnessed this
firsthand
or checked the output. Has anyone had this type of problem with the PS. I
didn't want to sell it to him in the first place but he didn't want to give
up
his 12V system when he needed sinewave power for his heater. He is now
buying
a Prosine. I hope he is not jumping from the frying pan to the fire. Any
more comments good or bad on the ProSine 2000 watt with charger?
