I was cleaning out some paper today and came across an NREL paper that
was part of a US DoE contract that analyzed PV module degradation. They
tested both poly and single crystal silicon modules and found an average
of 0.71% per year degradation in power output -- most of this was due to
degradation of current rather than voltage.
