Daryl,

Experience has been positive running the older 32V Jakes at 24V 
simply by loosening the governor a little so it doesn't produce 
excessive current in high wind. Similarly, I would expect the 120V 
machine to do OK at 96V.

Past that all I will advise is that you contact another fellow who 
may be able to help you. I'll send you a message off-list.
