Sorry for the late response... But  Flat Roof ?
Try the Schott RS system. 
-Premade pans ! 
-Self Ballasting ! 
-No sharp edges !
-Has 5 degrees tilt angle !
-No Roof penetrations !
-Really fast to install !
-110 Mph wind tested !
-Down side cost  :( 
Oh well you can't have every thing...
