Power factor issues [RE-wrenches]

Chris, Can you give us a web site or phone number for the company that sells
high power factor CFLs?
Has anybody else come across a good bulb source? The bulbs I have been
measuring with a Kill A Watt meter (available at wholesale prices from
EcoLogics (866) 765-2738 www.noemissions.com) have had a power factor of
0.5!
