Batteries on Concrete [RE-wrenches]

Hello Bill
The statement that concrete floors will, "Suck the energy out of
batteries." is a myth.
This is a thermal issue. concrete floors tend to be in basements and
cold. Batteries placed on those floors will always remain cold. Just
add about 2 inches of super good foam board insulation under the
batts and you're in.
