Sounds great--the trick is how closely they stick with the program on paper.

Regarding manufacturer's dealer programs:
    I appreciate what Sharp will be doing.  Arthur Rudin at Sharp Solar was
saying that the Sharp Dealer Program will require manufacturers training,
clean company history, and complete system contracts.  They will require
Sharp dealers to be the licensed installers!  The sales contract will
include two future system checks!  This approach seems like a great way to
ensure customer satisfaction.
