Update from the PUC hearing [RE-wrenches]

John,

The latest info I have is:

Big victory. There have now been 7000 emails sent in support of
protecting solar from exit fees, there were about 25 speakers on the
subject at the hearing - all on our side. And the commission seems to be
leaning  our way. The vote is set for March 13
