In a word (two actually) Uh Oh. Maybe you missed the Explorer thread of a
few months ago. Explorer products tend to be pretty sketchy in workmanship,
parts and customer support. I can't think of anyone who has had a positive
experience when dealing with that outfit!
Your best bet is going to be to call the "factory" in San Diego. Good luck!
