Need help selecting an inverter [RE-wrenches]

Hello, I have another question. 

This is for the standalone system with the 7hp pump,
and starting problems.

The loads served by the inverters will cause a severe
loss of revenue if they are down for any period of
time.  They are unmanned for a lot of the time.  Is it
possible to have the Outback inverter or any other
inverter call on the telephone to report trouble?   If
so how?  Or how do I go about finding out how?  Who
has done this or knows someone who knows how?.  I have
never done anything like this.  How about to call on a
Cell phone?
